How Does Apollo pricing work?

Our goal is to provide you only with what you need and nothing more. With that in mind, Apollo pricing is based on four factors:

  • Concurrent users
  • Instrument integration
  • 3rd Party Interfaces (e.g., EMRs, Billing vendors, etc.)
  • Optional Modules

Importantly, all integration work – whether for instruments or third-party interfaces – is done in-house.  No expensive middleware needed; no outsourcing to a third-party firm.

Do I have purchase options?

Cloud-based (SaaS)

Prefer to let us host your system and manage the IT infrastructure? No problem.

On-premise

Prefer to host the system at your lab? We have a license purchase option as well.

What’s the Apollo implementation process and timeline?

At a high level, the Apollo implementation process follows four steps: Discovery, System Configuration, Training, and Go-Live Support. The time frame for implementation is specific to each lab and its needs. We have successfully implemented ApolloLIMS in as quickly as a few weeks for very specific projects, and an implementation for laboratories with multiple service lines may be 2-3 months. When it comes to the implementation process, we pride ourselves in not cutting corners to ensure your success.

Will Apollo be able to handle my unique requirements?

Yes, Apollo can service any production laboratory. While there are many commonalities between labs, each has unique elements and Apollo was built to accommodate various configurations.

Do you have a provider portal and can I brand the portal with my logo?

Yes, we have a provider portal for electronic ordering and reporting. Want to receive orders and send reports to an EMR?  We can do that as well.

Can Apollo build custom, co-branded reports?

Yes, we know your report is a hallmark of your lab. We will work with you to customize your report in any way you see fit, branded with your logo and color scheme.

What precautions does Apollo take to ensure LIMS data security?

We take data security very seriously. Password encryption, cloud back-ups, audit logs, role-based access, monthly application patching, annual employee HIPAA training – these are just a few of the steps we take for your lab.
