Supporting Labs in their Drive for Operational Excellence

The laboratory marketplace is constantly evolving. In the face of ongoing reimbursement changes, regulatory pressures, and an increasingly competitive environment, labs must rapidly adapt to survive, and balance accuracy and efficiency in a way that uniquely differentiates their services in the market.  Adopting a comprehensive and trusted laboratory information management system – ApolloLIMS – is the single most effective way to do so.

The lab industry’s need for automation has been apparent to us for some time. We started as a laboratory technology consulting firm in the 1990’s.  Over the ensuing decades, after moving our headquarters to the healthcare hub of Nashville, Tennessee, we acquired a complementary software business, iterated on the original platform, expanded our capabilities and grew our team.

Through it all, we’ve remained focused on building software informed by our customers’ feedback and providing the type of collaborative, consultative partnership that fully supports our customers’ drive for operational excellence.
