Our customer support team provides product support via phone and email Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm CST.  All customers with a current maintenance and support agreement have access to our customer support team.

Premium 24/7 support coverage is available as an upgrade for customers that need advanced levels of support. The premium support coverage contract allows for after hours support calls.  This option is offered in addition to our standard support program, and it provides continuous support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  

ApolloLIMS Standard customer support includes:
  • Regularly scheduled software updates
  • Technical hotline assistance
  • Access to the ApolloLIMS customer service area
  • Invitation to ApolloLIMS user group activities
