Web Reporting
ApolloLIMS Web Reporting is designed to enhance a laboratories visibility and efficiency both internally and externally. By utilizing web reporting a laboratory is able to extend the reach of their laboratory information system to their customers and provide easy access to needed result information. With ApolloLIMS Web Reporting a laboratory client is able to retrieve laboratory results at any time of the day without intervention from laboratory personnel. ApolloLIMS Web Reporting allows the laboratory customer to search for specimen results, view the results from an internet connected computer and print the results for inclusion in a patient file.

ApolloLIMS Web Reporting is a fully integrated and operational reporting mechanism. Web Reporting features secure login and limits access to patient records based upon configurable security settings in ApolloLIMS. When a customer logs into the web results site a time/date stamp and the user ID of the customer is recorded within the ApolloLIMS database. Also, whenever a report is viewed or printed from the website another entry is consequently made to record the users actions. In this way a fully integrated audit trail of the specimen is maintained.

The overall look and feel of the web results application is able to be customized with the laboratories logo and images. The results application may also be utilized as a means to provide important information to clients such as testing menus, patient instructions, and shipping directions.
