ApolloLIMS Supply Management System
The ApolloLIMS Supply Management System provides the ability to manage laboratory supplies that are used within the laboratory or shipped to external customers.

The ApolloLIMS Supply Management System is integrated with ApolloLIMS and utilizes existing account and vendor definitions. Utilizing the ApolloLIMS Supply Management System means that there is no need to install and maintain an external supply management system.

Requisitions
The Supply Management module provides the ability to fully manage laboratory requisitions. From ApolloLIMS menu options the user is able to create, edit, print and assign requisitions to a specific account. Assigning requisitions to an account also provides the ability to create custom order profiles for an account or submitter that can automatically populate ApolloLIMS when a requisition is received into the laboratory.

Inventory Management
The inventory management capabilities provide the ability to receive items into inventory, track inventory counts, and reconcile a physical inventory count.

From the ApolloLIMS Supply System or Customer Call Center a user is able to receive an order from a customer and enter it into the system. Another laboratory employee is then able to use ApolloLIMS to pick the supply order from inventory, prepare the shipment, associate a tracking number and ship the order. If the customer calls back and asks for the status of a shipment a laboratory employee can look up the order, see the status of the order and provide a tracking number to the customer, all from within ApolloLIMS

The ApolloLIMS Supply Management system provides full visibility to current inventory levels and is able to suggest a supply reorder based upon current inventory levels.
